Lisa was always very responsive. I work nights, so even with my unusual hours she always stayed connected. She was able to answer any questions I had about a house within a day. Also, had many recommendations on her own. She found the house that is now my home and told me about the house right after the sellers had dropped the price so it met my price range. Lisa is very professional and is always looking out for her buyers. She did a great job getting things moving after the offer was accepted. She will get on the lender if they are taking too long! Helps fight battles the buyer shouldn't have to deal with!

We just had the pleasure of closing on a house with Steve as our realtor. Steve and Lisa came highly recommended from a coworker and did not disappoint.

From first contact Lisa and Steve were very efficient at getting to know what we were looking for as well as what they needed from us to make the experience better. Once we decided to proceed with the Tam Team, Steve took point as our contact. I could talk endlessly about Steve's positive character and great attitude but will stick to the professional details.

It only took us one weekend to find our house but each house we looked at Steve would show up (very early) to the property to make sure we would not be waiting on him. For each house we visited he had already researched the night before and gave us a stack of papers at each house including the MLS listing, Permits that had been pulled for the houses, comps of nearby houses and any gut feelings he had that we should focus on while in the house. He helped keep his eyes open during walkthroughs looking for any signs that could cause a hold up in closing.

Once we put an offer in, Steve was prompt at getting all documents to us and getting the entire process moving fast. We would get texts and emails from Steve at all times of the day and if we had any questions he couldn't answer on the spot, you can bet we would have an answer within an hour from him.
